We use First Class Mail, and Priority Mail through USPS. Shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days after our current turnaround time. We will send confirmation once your order has been received and tracking once your order has shipped.

 Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our items being personalized. Please make sure that the item you purchase is the item that you want. Be sure to read our delivery and turnaround time info before purchasing along with our return & exchange policy. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders due to sizing, please check our product descriptions for any size specifications or email us at info@tinytotsclothingshop.com with any questions regarding sizing prior to ordering. Once we have shipped your item(s) we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items.
